How purchasing works at Jinart Select
Every purchase at Jinart Select is handled personally. You inquire, we confirm availability and pricing, then send you a secure payment link. Once payment is received, we pack and ship.
Packaging and shipping
All works are carefully packed to professional gallery standards. Shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the work and the destination. We ship within Malaysia and internationally.
Delivery times
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed. International delivery times vary by destination and will be advised at the time of inquiry.
Condition on arrival
We document the condition of every work before it leaves us. If a work arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs and we will work with you to resolve it.
Returns
Given the nature of original art, we do not accept returns unless a work arrives in a condition materially different from how it was described. Any return must be agreed in writing before the work is sent back.
